1. Purchase and payment management, revenue collection acceptation and preparation of compulsory report. (Main Services) Make payment within
14 days after the completed document is
received and prepare a report accordingly

2. Reservation of Executive Federal Resort and Transit House. (Main Services) Application result of Executive Federation Resort / Transit House within 24 hour through Integrated Property Management Division System (SBBPH). (Charter)
3. Repair works of vacant quarters. (Main Services) Non-Structural damage repair works
completed within five (5) weeks from
Letter of Acceptance is issued. (Charter)
4. Refurbish work of occupied quarters. (Main Services) Complaints are extended to the respective Facility Management (FM) within 3 days
5. Application for Commercial Space Rental in Federal Building (BGP), Government Quarters, and Federal Recreational Houses under the supervision of BPH. (Main Services) Issuing a decision letter within seven (7) days after the Commercial Space Committee (JRK) meeting. (Charter)
6. Complaint Management. (Main Services) An initial response to the complaint will be made to the complainant within seven (7) working days. (Charter)
