width=\"280\"><strong><b>Perkara<\/b><\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1957<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Penubuhan<\/td><td width=\"280\"><p>Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah ditubuhkan dalam tahun 1957 yang mana pada ketika itu dikenali sebagai Pejabat Perumahan Kerajaan (<em><i>Government Accomodation Office<\/i><\/em>). Pada ketika itu, fungsinya tertumpu kepada hal rumah Kerajaan sahaja.<\/p><p>Pejabat Perumahan Kerajaan juga bertanggungjawab menguruskan Bangunan Istana Tetamu dan Rumah Malaysia di Jalan Ampang yang disediakan sebagai penginapan tetamu-tetamu kerajaan dari luar negara.<\/p><p>Penubuhan awal bermula dengan 10 orang kakitangan yang diketuai oleh seorang Pegawai Eksekutif Tertinggi.<\/p><\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\">\u00a0<\/td><td width=\"114\">Fungsi Semasa Penubuhan<\/td><td width=\"280\">Pejabat Perumahan Kerajaan ketika itu berfungsi mengendali dan menguruskan rumah-rumah Kerajaan yang kebanyakan penghuninya adalah Pegawai-Pegawai British yang bertugas dengan Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (PBB), Rancangan Colombo, World Health Organisation (WHO), dan United Nation of Education, Science and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Aset Semasa Penubuhan<\/td><td width=\"280\">Di awal penubuhan, kebanyakan rumah-rumah Kerajaan seperti mess dan chalet ketika itu terletak di sekitar Lake View, Jalan Venning, Jalan Spooner, Bukit Bintang, Lumba Kuda dan Jalan Ampang.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Bangunan Pejabat Asal<\/td><td width=\"280\">Perjabat pertama terletak di Jalan Belanda dan kemudian berpindah ke Jalan Club di mana sekarang dibangunkan Bangunan Bank Negara dan seterusnya BPBK berpindah bangunan pejabat ke Komplek Pejabat Kerajaan di Jalan Abdul Rahman.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1960<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Penukaran Nama Kepada Bahagian Pengurusan Bangunan Kerajaan (BPBK)<\/td><td width=\"280\">Bagi memenuhi keperluan semasa, beberapa unit ditubuhkan iaitu Unit Ruang Pejabat, Unit Rumah Peranginan dan Unit Pembangunan, dan dikenali sebagai Bahagian Pengurusan Bangunan Kerajaan (BPBK)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1974<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\"><p>1 Feb 1974: Perintah Am<\/p><p>Bab E<\/p><\/td><td width=\"280\">Perintah ini dikuatkuasakan untuk memperuntukkan tanggungjawab BPBK melalui Jawatakuasa Pengawas Ke Atas Harta -Harta Kerajaan, menentukan bahawa semua Jabatan Kerajaan ditempatkan dalam bangunan yang munasabah dan sesuai merangkumi tanah dan tapak bagi pejabat-pejabat Kerajaan dan rumah-rumah Kerajaan (kuarters) di dalam kawasan Wilayah Persekutuan dan Petaling Jaya sahaja.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1976<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Membangunkan Rumah Peranginan<\/td><td width=\"280\">Pembangunan Rumah peranginan oleh BPPK wujud sejak 1976 melalui pembinaan dua kelompok Rumah Peranginan Port Dickson dan Morib<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1982<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Pengembangan Fungsi<\/td><td width=\"280\">Tugas-tugas dan tanggungjawab dari tahun ke tahun semakin bertambah khususnya aktiviti pembangunan dan pengurusan ruang pejabat yang dahulunya terhad kepada Wilayah Persekutuan dan Petaling Jaya, kini telah dilanjutkan ke seluruh Malaysia melalui Surat Pekeliling Am Bil 3 Tahun 1982.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Pengukuhan Peranan Pembangunan<\/td><td width=\"280\">Pengurusan projek-projek pembinaan pejabat-pejabat Kerajaan sama ada bangunan gunasama mahupun bangunan-bangunan khas jabatan dirancang dan diselaraskan oleh BPBK. Bahagian ini mengenalpasti tapak-tapak yang sesuai untuk pembangunan projek bangunan pejabat Kerajaan yang dibina oleh JKR dan dipantau oleh BPBK.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\"><p>Pengukuhan<\/p><p>Peranan Perancangan (Rumah Biasa Kerajaan, Rumah Peranginan, Rumah Rehat VIP)<\/p><\/td><td width=\"280\">Mulai tahun 1982, BPBK mula memainkan peranan yang lebih aktif dalam perancangan rumah-rumah biasa Kerajaan, rumah-rumah peranginan dan rumah-rumah rehat VIP dengan melaksanakan perolehan tanah iaitu menentukan perolehan tanah-tanah sama ada menggunakan tanah-tanah Kerajaan yang sedia ada ataupun mengambil alih tanah-tanah pihak swasta.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1989<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Bangunan Pejabat Kedua<\/td><td width=\"280\">BPBK telah berpindah daripada \u00a0Komplek Pejabat Kerajaan di Jalan Abdul Rahman ke Pejabat Tanah Jalan Raja<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1991<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Bangunan Pejabat Ketiga<\/td><td width=\"280\">Oktober 1991, BPBK berpindah ke Tingkat 5, Rumah Persekutuan, Jalan Sultan Hishamuddin, Kuala Lumpur.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>1996 <\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">BPBK ditukar kepada Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah (BPH)<\/td><td width=\"280\">Perubahan nama kepada Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah mula berkuatkuasa pada 1996. Secara rasminya, Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah telah berpindah ke Pusat Pentadbiran Kerajaan Persekutuan Putrajaya pada 4 Oktober 1999.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td width=\"55\"><strong><b>2019<\/b><\/strong><\/td><td width=\"114\">Operasi sekarang<\/td><td width=\"280\">Kini, Bahagian Pengurusan Hartanah beroperasi sepenuhnya di Pusat Bangunan Kerajaan Kompleks F, Blok F6, Lebuh Perdana Timur, Presint 1, 62000 Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan
